This morning
I went to the temple with two of my sisters-in-law again. It was wonderful to be there
and to feel the spirit. We had lunch in the cafeteria together and had a great
time just talking and catching up with each other.
This
afternoon I decided it’s time that I get back in shape and start doing some
exercises to help me feel better. I can’t go
running outside because of burning in the sun so I decided to try doing sit
ups, crunches, leg lifts, lunges, squats, etc. I was hoping to start out with a
20 minute work out. I was shaking and sweating when I was doing them. I looked at my
watch and it was only 12 minutes. Haha! But it felt good and I’m glad I did.
I’ll just try and do a little bit every day. Gotta love those endorphins!
